Hanns Loersch in Straelen, Germany founded the company Hanns Loersch GMBH in 1964. In the early 1970's Loersch Corporation started to export it's photographic products into the USA. In 1980 Loersch Corporation opened its present manufacturing operation in Allentown, PA.

Loersch has been a name that stands for quality and reliability in the photo industry for over thirty-five years. During this time Loersch developed all of their own proprietary mounting and handling equipment, along with doing highly specialized projects for OEM use and other contracted specialty projects. This extensive knowledge went into the development of the Lpack line of air bag inflation equipment and the air pillows themselves.

Loersch is also one of the few company's that produces on site both the equipment and the foil material that is used in the equipment. This allows us to put to use our thirty-five years of production and quality control experience to produce high quality and reliable products.
